1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with GRM Gas services or using our website (https://grmgas.blogspot.com/), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. These terms apply to all gas pipeline installation services in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Suryapet, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Kodad, Chityal, Narketpalli, and Nakerkal.
2. Booking and Scheduling
To book a gas pipeline installation:
- Contact us via WhatsApp to schedule a slot.
- Provide accurate details (name, mobile number, address, preferred date).
- Slots are subject to availability; we reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).
3. Installation Process
Our installation process follows our 5-step work process (see Work Process page):
- Site Visit: Our team assesses your location for safe installation.
- Installation: We use high-quality materials and adhere to safety standards.
- Completion: Work is completed only after customer inspection and approval.
- Customers must ensure access to the site and comply with safety instructions provided.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of the installation and customer satisfaction:
- Payment methods will be communicated during booking (e.g., bank transfer, UPI).
- Full payment is required before issuing the warranty card.
- No refunds are provided for completed installations unless defects are verified and covered by warranty.
5. Warranty Terms
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and installation errors, subject to:
- Registration via our warranty form within 30 days of installation, using your mobile number as the Warranty ID.
- No unauthorized repairs or modifications to the pipeline.
- Claims must be submitted via WhatsApp with the Warranty ID and issue details.
- Warranty is void for misuse, neglect, or external damage (see Disclaimer for details).
Personalized warranty cards are issued via email or WhatsApp after registration.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking:
- Notify us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled site visit.
- No fees apply for cancellations before work begins.
- Once work starts, cancellation may incur costs for materials or labor already used.
7. Limitation of Liability
GRM Gas is not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors (e.g., natural disasters). See our Disclaimer for full details.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
